Wow I am looking at so many bad reviews. I guess they take care of the patients with babies better then everyone. I have no problems with them at all. I don't know about the rest of the hospital but it's not dirty where I am at. Not saying that they don't have negative people working here but I am good.

My mother suffered a massive stroke and was life-flighted to this hospital. Very knowledgeable, doctors, nurses, etc. She received excellent care, but did not survive her horrific ordeal from the massive brain bleed. We were told very early that she wouldn’t survive this, but was given information every inch of the way. The first hospital who life-flighted her to Atlanta Medical told us that her chances of survival were minimal. I was thankful for this hospital’s caring treatment of my mother.

“DO NOT”!!! I repeat “DO NOT” go to this hospital for any reason. My newborn was yelled at by a nurse at only 24 hours old. The nurse is claiming he said she said but I witnessed her yell in a agrivated tone at my daughter to “RELAX” from across the room while I was watching them run a hearing test on her. 😡 I have no reason to lie as I witnessed it personally and have nothing to gain from wasting anyone’s time. Even worse, they misspelled her name on her social security card and now I have to go to the SSA to fix it. We just got her revised birth certificate and they misspelled my middle name and my wifes last name as well. Unbelievable!!! All we’ve been given is excuses from the records woman in charge of documenting this information. I feel she should be fired and the president of the hospital hasn’t been much help.. Do not go to this dump!!!

Nurse Vonda is a rockstar. The staff are caring and amazing. For a Level 1 Trauma center (stab and slab clinic), they were top knotch. Anesthesia department has been awesome dealing with all my epidural complications.

I’ve had positive experiences with the doctors and other medical personnel at Wellstar facilities but their administrative processes and billing are absolutely terrible. I’ve tried returning phone calls from the medical offices on several occasions and they either don’t answer or fail to connect me to the right person when they do. I have an online account/profile with wellstar where I receive notifications about billing but somehow still receive more bills of differing amounts in the mail. I paid MULTIPLE bills for a single appointment and my online profile showed that I didn’t owe anything and then 3 months later I received a notice from a collection agency. I’d like to stay with my doctor but unfortunately I’m going to start looking for someone else in a different network at this point.
