We made an appointment with one of the doctors in this clinic last week. We were there on time. After waiting for 2 hours, we were told that his assistant would see us because he was not at the clinic. This is not right , not professional. If we had been told that the physician was not there when we arrived, we would not have been waiting for him for two hours. Since my husband’s health was not good we wanted to get a professional opinion rather than going back home. But they have no right to take our time and leave us with the only option which was seeing his assistant. His assistant was not inspiring confidence at all, furthermore she had a mean attitude. When she was explaining the importance of rest, my husband made a comment and she immediately said that was rude. Wow!!! . She was parenting to us, she was prejudice to us. What gives her a right to talk to a patient in this manner. Both the clinic and his assistant have owned an apology We are not coming back...

I am so Extremely pleased with the service received. My I sent my aunt who just moved here from New Jersey and is also partially blind and disable to the dentist here she was able to see the dentist and a doctor and behavioral health all in one day . After completing her visit her phone died an employee Candice Brown helped me with locating here in the building and making sure she made it to her Uber ride back home just fine. Candice also called me to make sure my aunt made it home safely I was extremely relieved with the exceptional service received

I went for two appointments. I sat for two hours on a 9:00 am appointment with the OBGYN. Then I sat another 30 mins in the room waiting to be seen. The adult medicine department is horrible. I was charged for an copay and wasn't even seen by an doctor. I was told that it was going to be refunded the same day and it still hasn't been refunded. When I called whoever answered the phone was rude and didn't seem like she liked her job. When the billing department finally answered she connected me to her manger and I have yet to get a call back. That was two days ago.

I came here for the dentist. I had to wait longer than I expected. The staff and doctors were very friendly. I had to ask for my paperwork at the reception desk. It's a slight communication problem, the receptionist didn't know my papers were there.

My appointment date was 7/8/17 for 9am. I got there about a good 8:45 and was told by the receptionist that I needed to fill out some paperwork. I think that literally only took about 2 minutes. They then proceeded to have my mother and I wait downstairs for until 9:30 and then called me into a room to tell me that I needed to rush upstairs because they had been waiting for me and considered me a no show. No type of information was sent up letting them know that I was there and had been for almost an hour. I finally get upstairs and talk to the lady at the desk and she told me that they woldnt be able to see me because I was an hour late even though I had been in their downstairs lobby for an hour. None of my insurance information, reason for visit being there or anything of my information that I had just provided downstairs was readily available to her. I told her that I wasn't leaving until I was seen because it was not my fault that I had to wait forever. Didn't see the ob until 11 o'clock and all she did was ask about a good 10 questions about my previous pregnancies and then sent me back into the lobby for another 10 minutes and when I was called back she gave me my next appointment date which was scheduled for 7 weeks which would have put me 12 weeks. That's a very long time to wait for someone to start their prenatal care especially if you have already lost your other 2 pregnancies. I didn't feel as though they take your prenatal serious. I was there for a follow up after having had to go to the ER a week and a half before. They literally did nothing other draw my blood and fill my prescription. The nurse that drew my blood though was great and the women in the pharmacy as well as the receptionist downstairs but everyone else needs to reevaluate their field choice.
