The waiting room is unclean. I have yet to see a doctor or nurse wash their hands in the ER. They go from patient to patient without as much as hand sanitizer, even though they are prodding people with needles. One person put on gloves in my room. He proceeded to use his gloved hands to push down garbage, which had overflowed onto the floor in my room, and then moved on to the next room. The surgery side of the hospital is better. With the exception of a nurse sticking my used bandages onto the food tray in a room. I can only hope the tray was cleaned before anyone used it. As with all hospitals, your level of care depends on what type of insurance you have. But the lack of cleanliness is scary.

Very respectful and quick response time. Went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Nice staff from the front door to the back. Hope I don’t have to come back but if I do it will be here from now on.

I'm surprised they even got 2 stars. Absolutely the WORST! Slow, bad attitudes and they do nothing to help.

Worst hospital experience ever!! Went in Friday night doubled over in pain on my right side (thought maybe kidney stones or appendicitis). After the normal run through they send me to L&D because I'm 22 weeks pregnant. They did a urinalysis and saw I had a horrible kidney infection and told me I needed to stay 24hrs. I have 3 kids at home and am a single mom so I couldnt on short notice, but stayed 10hrs. Left that night with the intent on coming back when I had better prepared. Went in Sat night and then they tell me due to the severity I'd be there 48-724hrs, something more I couldnt plan for. So I told them I again needed to make arrangements for my kids for a longer stay. They told me if I leave I would have to sign an Against Medical Advice waiver and they would be calling CPS on me for endangering my baby. I told them I wasnt living in a dream world and didnt have people I could just snap my fingers at and have them help with my kids for 3 days, that I came in for a reason and I know I need to get well but they're asking me to sacrifice 3 of my kids for 1. So they sweetly gave me 2 hours (sarcasm) to go home and figure it out before calling CPS. I showed back up and was there from 2am on Sunday morning until 2pm (a total now of 16hrs for this visit and 48hrs from the urinalysis) before they finally got the results and realized the antibiotics they were giving me had no effect and they needed to use another one and my 48-72hrs would start all over!! I told them I understand them not knowing until they got results back but that I could have been more prepared if I had not been rushed to get back and could've waited until they knew the game plan before returning since by the nurses own admission I was there for basically nothing that entire time!! The OBGYN finally showed up for about 10min to make snide comments about the treatment I hadnt had prior to coming in and again jetted off. I felt bullied and humiliated my entire stay, so I left after 4 rounds of antibiotics and will return to a different hospital for the treatment when I'm better situated to leave my kids. I understand the urgency, I DO, CONTRARY TO HOW THEY TREATED ME, love my baby and dont want to lose him. But feel like bullying, humiliation and condescending tones were uncalled for. I've never been made to feel like one of my kids was more important than the others.
