this office had me on hold for 19 minutes. was extremely rude. and after approving benefits closed my case, for information no one could find out. Wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor nor my case work to try and correct the problem. and inform me that they couldn't let me reapply at there office. please use any office but this one!

This location has done nothing to help me they're rude wouldn't assist me with any information. Hung up on me, placed me on hold for 25 minutes. Couldn't mail me a app or give me a web site. If you have to use dhs please use any other location because i have no problems with any other location.

Totally unprofessional and distasteful! I took paper work to this office 3 months ago hoping to receive SNAP BENENITS, but was given the run around about paperwork I one of their workers lost. It's been over that time frame and they still told me I need to resubmit the paperwork in order for my case to proceed. They closed my case because they said I didn't bring in the required paperwork on time and they didn't want to mention they sent my papers to the wrong address after being given the right address. Once I produced a copy of the receipt, they still told me they couldn't prove that I had brought in the right paper work. This is office is full of lazy people who only care about themselves. I would have internal affairs in there to see how they conduct business!
