Very rude from the switchboard operator to Jennifer/Michelle in the records keeping office! Just rude rude rude and had no idea of anything! Pathetic what tax dollars pay for....incompetence and ignorance.

Got letter from Business Services Division of Secretary of State requesting that I file for renewal. I went on line did the tutorial created an account and took the test and passed. Then it takes me to the application information which I filled out. But when I went to continue to print the application, so I could take it tomorrow to the bank and sign it before a notary, the program said it could not be done at this time. According to the book I can send the application for renewal within 60 days of expiration. Til I get it printed, signed and notarized it would get to the Secretary of State well within the sixty day period and the book says allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing and 7 to 14 days for USPS for delivery. So what happens now, was this all a complete waste of my time or can I go back in to the site in 2 days and complete the process or do I have to start over from the beginning, retake the test, and again fill out application information? This is very annoying!

AWEFUL Customer Service in the UCC Department, Rude, Nasty and Completely un interested in solving issues. I wouldn't even give them a start if I didn't have to!
