Great service takes time and patience. DHS does both. They patiently take their time to serve and serve while being patient with clients by answering questions, making copies, verifying answers, and helping with paperwork. I have not had a bad attitude from a worker here. They are understanding.  But be prepared to wait your turn in line because they give the same service to everyone.
