These people are lazy, been hung up on 4 times, ive only had them answer ONCE and the lady had to have been the most rudest person ive ever talked to. I dont know who runs this place but they are not doing there job, this place needs to be shut down and everyone needs to be replaced from the lowest level enployee to the highest level employee, this place is a joke and laughing stock of saline county

This office is a big joke. I had to cancel my daughter's doctors appointment today, because her ARkids card is not working and we got a letter from the office saying everything is good. I tried calling the office and it rang for close to a hour. They need to fire all the people up there and put some people in those offices that actually care about people and want to help them. I wouldn't even give them a star.

It takes alittle while to receive help From them. I just dont understand why a person who is a drug addict can get over 100.00 in food stamps?

Worst experience ever! They do not believe in returning phone calls even after leaving numerous messages. EXTREMELY rude. Judy is a horrible case manager as well as their supervisor Melissa! It seems that they do everything in their power to not help the people in need. Instead, they use passive aggressive threats towards you yo make you feel bad about yourself. Someone should seriously look into this because it need to stop.
