Love this place. Have been going for years. When I'm in the mall I always choose their restaurant. Wish they sold their chicken and garlic in grocery stars. By far one of the best Lebanese restaurants in the city.

Very disappointed! I usually go to Shwarma Palace at Rideau street. Being busy today, I went to this place. I took small chicken shwarma plate which is $13 something (including tax). I did not want any potatoes, neither pita bread; but asked for extra rice. Afterwards, for salad part, he only added lettuce and then ready to put chicken in the plate. I was literally surprised that he did not add any pickles/tomatoes etc..Neither asked me! Then I asked, "Can I have some beets and onions. Then he said, "I can't add extra because it's a small plate and you already asked for extra rice. I argued that I already refused potatoes and pita bread; doesn't that make a difference to this plate and having extra rice would? I just wanted to leave that place at that moment because I was so so so angry. I just bought the plate because they had already put the stuff for me. I will NEVER go to this place in my life because of the worst customer service that I recieved. Very unfriendly place.

Terrible, just terrible. Do not come here for the falafel. Also, they microwave food on styrofoam. Stay away!

Used to have a very good quality. We went there today and the quality was way off. Felt sick to my stomach me and my wife. The meat tasted as if it was kept outside for a while. Will never go back.
