Silk Road Restaurant

The food here is phenomenal. The quality of the meat was amazing and the rice was heavenly. The service is also very good considering how under-staffed they are. My server was a younger gentleman who seemed very over-worked but I am amazed at how well he attended to everyone. He was basically everywhere. There was a group of very rude ladies who were giving him a very hard time, but he handled it very professionally and equitably. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and will be coming back.

Wonderful food. Incredible staff. I have been going here for years and it has never disappointed me. I am always blown away by the generous portions of food and the quality. The buffet is also amazing and the price is very fair. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for an authentic Persian cuisine.

Food is average not too good not too bad. Service is a nightmare. Unless you speak Persian or Turkish you will not be treated with any respect. They made us wait 15 minutes to get our order when the restaurant was empty but the moment a Turkish speaking family came in they got full service from the Turkish speaking worker within minutes. Going to that restaurant was a nightmare. I had to go ask them to take my order than ended being called impatient for complaining about their discriminatory behaviour. I honestly have stopped liking going their years ago but I go for my mother. After our last experience we will never step a foot in that restaurant again. We were regulars for almost 7 years and we got treated like that so just save your money and go to a restaurant that isn't made only for the families and friends of the workers. And to the owners GET NEW WORKERS.

FILTHY FOOD YOU WILL GET SICK AND PUKE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DIGNITY!!! AND YOUR STOMACH!!! PLASTIC IN THE SALAD!!! We went for the dinner buffet and it was a shame. The staff were rude and they NEVER REMOVED OUR PLATES nor cleaned our table whatsoever. They requested 15% mandatory tip for ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE. WE SERVED OUR SELVES. Very cheap on food and we kept demanding them to refill the kabab plate in buffet and it takes them so long time to do so. Then when we complaint about the plastic in the salad, the rude unprofessional employee said (other restaurants has it too)!!!!! NEVER APOLOGIZED!!! this place is a disgrace and all its employees are!!!

First time tasting Persian food and it was delicious. I tried appetizers from both hot/cold options and they went well with the naan. For the main, I ordered Persian sultani kabob and the beef was very tender and flavourful. Friendly service and clean environment. My only suggestion would be to have 2 payment machines, as mentioned by another reviewer.
