We are supposed to have half of our couch replaced due to a broken frame in the initial delivery, and while they were a couple of days late calling to schedule this, I called the Greenville store customer care line and spoke with Laurie. She was an absolute sweetheart! She promptly called to see what was going on in the process and was just over the top with customer care. I wish every customer service spokesperson was this great to talk to! Go Laurie!
We have also had our ottoman cleaned by an exceptionally kind gentleman, and when the repairman came to try and fix the couch, he was just so great and kind, I could’ve talked to them both for hours!
Our time with Ashley Furniture has been great so far..oh and we do love our couch!!! We understand things happen, and when we get our replacement we will be 100% all in with Ashley Furniture! :)
I changed my review to two stars because our replacement couch came, and when I tell you it was 10x worse than the first one, please take my word in that this statement is not a customer exaggeration for the benefit of reader’s digest. It is the most accurate, truthful statement I may have ever stated. The cushions rise up about a foot, exposing the cloth underneath and creating a mountain in the middle of my couch. When I sit on it, it sounds like I’m breaking it even more because of how much popping noise comes from underneath. Side note: I weigh 120 pounds. When we called to say we just wanted to return it, our option was to return just the broken piece. It’s a sectional!!!! Why would you want HALF of a sectional? I still fully back that their customer service is stellar, but that’s not the ultimate reason I came into the store and spent all of that money. I want the quality I was promised, and that’s the least the customer deserves. Will update when we get our third couch.......

In a time where everybody wants to jump on the web and complain I would like to take the time to give a big shout out, compliment to couple of people at Ashley Home Furniture in Greenville South Carolina. By salesperson Jason, he is exceptionally friendly listens very outgoing not to mention a great salesperson who helped me with all my needs. Then there is Miss Tyler in the back of the house, the office extremely friendly and help me out with a few issues making easy to do business and an overall great experience I can't say enough about Jason he goes above and beyond. If there's anybody out there that wants to buy good furniture go see Jason at Ashley Home Furniture he will take care of you

Ashley home store has fell short 😢 . I had to wait 5 weeks to receive my sofa and my love seat wasn't ready for what ever reason . later that evening i noticed my sofa was defective. I called to let them know, the only option they gave was a technician to fix it or a store credit that voided my warranty. So ok they can fix it. At this point the love seat was supposed to be delivered today (a week late) they call me today to let me know that the love seat is damaged and cannot be delivered. They will contact me later to let me know when. I asked for a refund but they refused. So at this point it looks like I am stuck with a broken sofa and a love seat that only God knows when it will be delivered😢.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit at Ashley HomeStore. I was greeted with kindness and generosity upon entering the store, knowledge about the product in which i was interested in was provided to me, and the payment process was fast. I believe the salesman that helped my wife and I was Brandon, I highly recommend requesting this man to help you! It was very helpful for my wife and I.

Found the couch and loveseat we have always wanted. Great service at a great price. First extended warranty I have seen that is a great deal.
