I recently bought living room furniture in the Anderson, SC store. My purchasing experience was great. The showroom is beautiful, and I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. However, the customer service I received afterwards was terrible! I was lied to multiple times about the furniture being delivered to my home after paying for delivery. I was also repeatedly lied to about being refunded the delivery fee after I was left with no choice but to pick up the furniture myself. If that’s not bad enough, when I went in to pick up the furniture, I was told that there were no movers there to move the furniture from the floor to the loading dock, and they expected me to do it! This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received in any store I’ve ever patroned. I would have much rather driven farther out and even spent more money just to avoid this headache of a so called business.

Do not buy from Ashley Furniture! We spent extra money buying from Ashley Furniture because of their warranty but it turns out the sales manager April lied to us about warranty coverage so now we have damaged couches that they refuse to repair when we were told the damages would be covered. We specifically asked several times before buying the couches and warranty if damages such as scratches and rips caused by our two big dogs would be covered and she assured us they would be. Customer service was absolutely no help and wouldn't even transfer me to the store to talk to April to try to resolve this issue. We will never buy from them again and will be sure to let everyone else know not to as well.

Thank you Mrs April for our experience today, thanks for not just selling to me and my Daughter but allowing us to get closer as we make Decisions for everyday life..you are the Best when it comes to Customer service..#greatfullthanks..
