We love Havertys Furniture, and have purchased many pieces from them. A kitchen table that we purchased had an issue about a month after we bought it and they were very quick to come out and take care of it. We would buy from them again.

The store was nice and clean, the problem is that the sales representative kept following us around and wouldn't give us time alone to discuss our choices. The bad thing was, we asked him to give us sometime alone to way our options and it made us feel very comfortable.

Seemed to be way more expensive than other comparable stores in the area, and the sales staff were a little pushy. They wouldn't let us just browse comfortably on our own.

Had issues with a leather sofa I bought and they were suppose to get a manger to call me and that's been 3wks ago no phone call.
