The selection was fantastic! The prices are competitive. The Sales Accociate was Don. He rapidly gained an idea of what we wanted and gently guided us to the items we purchased. He did not hover but was always there when we had a question. Excellent experience!

Tyler was great! He was so patient as we looked at different couches and discussed different options. We have a weird set-up living room so a typical couch doesn't work for us. Tyler went over all the options for the sectional we liked best and made a couple drawings. When I came back a couple days later, after a few emails he even rearranged a couch so I could see what the actual configuration would look like! So helpful and willing to work with us to make sure we got what we wanted!

I needed a piece of furniture for a small bedroom and Cher helped me by allowing a drawer to be taken to my home to match wood. She checked many possibilities that might work .... taking legs off a chest looking up items not in the store. It was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Ashley.

Excellent service. Let us look around without hassling us, which allowed us to talk together about our choices and decisions without a stranger listening in. Very helpful when we had questions. All staff was friendly.

I would've given 5 stars.. except for the salesman we had didn't seem too interested in helping us because I didn't want to spend a ton on a sectional. I gave 4 stars because Ashley had a clearance section and the exact item I had been looking at everywhere had been marked down to $499 from $999. Easy financing options and friendly folks at checkout. I went back recently and purchased a extra large recliner and bunk bed set.. Noah was absolutely amazing and the process was smooth. Loved my experience!
