Staff is very helpful and friendly. I’ve never been disappointed with my hair and I would never go anywhere else. The boutique has tons of cute boots and shoes, absolutely love this place!

My mom bought me a gift card for highlights here. I went in on my day off after months of not being able to get ahold of this place. The number on the gift card said it was disconnected and seemed like no one answered the phone on google. The lady was very unfriendly and asked me what I wanted for hi lights or low lights. I said red or brown low lights. She continued on to mix the color brown without showing me any color options or anything. She didn't even brush my hair before applying the dye! She sloppily put the foils in and told me it would be 45 minutes. She went to wash my hair and rinsed the conditioner out with cold water which I've never heard of. She lightly picked the top layer and then put the dryer on for about 10 minutes. I have long hair which she didn't even bother to brush through it or put any product in. She messed it even more with a pick. Very disappointed in this poor service. I've had my hair done professionally many times and this is definitely lacking any form of professionalism. I could've washed my own hair and not brushed it. The color is very poor in the natural light as well. I do not recommend this place to anyone!
