Keating Furniture And Mattress

When I walked in they have a sales person to greet you. My first thought was I just want to look with someone looking over my shoulder. Mark let me walk in, I said I just wanted to look for an off white couch. He said most of our stuff is customizable. I walked in sat a few places he approached me at the perfect time gave me the perfect amount of help but let me walk around I NEVER had to look for him but he also wasn’t under my feet bothering me. Best shopping experience ever. I bought the couch of my dreams with the perfect amount of input from my sales guy Mark.

Wonderful service! I told her I was looking for a recliner and she showed me what they had. I needed it ASAP as I have knee surgery in a few days. I asked if they had delivery and they did. I found the one that I wanted and we went to set up the delivery. The trucks were all full but one of the other salesman said he could handle it in his personal truck and it was delivered to me within the hour! I am very impressed by their service and friendliness and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for furniture. Thank you for everything

Quick friendly service. Lots of nice furnishings to choose from. All the staff very pleasant and not pushy. Quick service at the warehouse to pick up furniture. Definitely will shop there again!

Went to Keating to look for a bed. Found a great selection and were helped by Mark. Mark was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond. He certainly made it a pleasurable buying experience. We had a minor issue with the footboard/drawer when we got it assembled and between Mark and the manager, it was taken care of fast without any problems or issues. Highly recommend Keating for any furniture needs!!

Stuart did a nice job of showing us exactly what we needed. He seemed to have good knowledge of his products. He was helpful yet not pushy. We left knowing we would buy the product. We are going to enjoy the new dining set. Thank You!
