Joe, James were so helpful. I'm so impressed at the quality of their customer service. I'm an older person and they didn't rush me. They walked me through the whole process. How to use the phone, the features. I felt so respected and truly appreciated. Like a new customer should.
The store dose not open at 8am on Sunday
Kyle helped me a lot and super competently twice in a row. Great advice for the phone model, phone arrived super swiftly. Then he helped me with a problem concerning the restoration of my old phone. The whole vibe in the store is friendly and customer- oriented. I will definitely come back when I need customer service! Great place.
Best store in town. Always have an answer to every question. In and out all the time. Dusty is a very nice guy. As well as all of the other associates! Highly recommend!! Nice and cool atmosphere.
Tre Davis was a great help during our visit to the AT&T Store at Easton Towne Center in Columbus today. He pointed out New plan options and patiently answered all our questions. He was able to explain which new phone was best able to meet our needs. He also saved us money. We highly recommend this store and Tre!
