I got my phone replaced a week ago and the phone fell on the floor. I had also bought a phone case to protect my phone. I will say that it did not protect my phone as the glass shattered again. I took it up there with the receipt and was told I had to pay another 150. I don't believe the screens that they are replacing the IPhone with are quality screens. I had dropped my phone plenty of times before it had ever cracked. I had my phone for over a year and this is the first time it cracked. I got my phone fixed at this place and a week later its cracked. Be aware of this place.
I compliment this company on the convenience and location. However, after getting a crack screen repaired and purchasing the recommended screen protector, I was given a defective screen protector. I noticed the deficiencies immediately and returned the screen protector still attached to the phone for evidence within 24 hours and with receipt. I pointed out the warranty and inadequancy but denied a replacement. The management stated that he was only willing to give 50% off a new screen protector. After paying $180 for the services, I was distraught that he was unwilling to admit that the screen protector was damaged prior to applying to my phone. I informed him that I would write a review and discourage others from being cheated with recycled and malfunctioning products that lacks quality. Please support a business that is willing to honor your warranty and admit when their products are previously refurbished with unforeseen defects.
DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE. They "fixed" my cracked iPhone 6s screen. A few months down the road I started having all kinds of issues. The screen was lifting from the phone. I had another service iCracked, which is FANTASTIC, highly recommend fix my phone AGAIN. I was missing 8 screws no wonder the phone screen was lifting, 2 surge protector shields, the water resistant adhesive, he left the the plastic wrap from the new screen inside the phone, and damaged the home button and proximity sensor iCracked was able to repair and permanently damaged my Touch ID, which will never work on this device again. Now hoping my battery doesn't explode or short since it's missing 2 shields. Literally just did not replace multiple components from my phone. Will be telling everyone I know to never use this company. Ever. Period. Point blank. Oh & iCracked comes to you to repair your phone and it was about $50 cheaper AND they make sure all functions of the phone are working properly.
If I could leave no star I would have! First time I went in the owner sold me a screen protector that broke the same day. I didn’t have time to go in and have it replaced, so I just let it go. I went in about 5 months later to purchase a phone case because I previously bought one there that I still use, I quickly showed him the protector that broke the same day that I purchased months ago just so he knows, not wanting a refund or anything cause it’s been so long, just so they get better quality screen protectors, he said I was lying! Now, They are no price on their items so I picked out two phone cases and came to find out that it was too expensive for me to spend that much money on just 2 phone cases I said thank you and was on my way out, owner stopped to reprimand me by saying that I should have said more than thank you for him to be satisfied and followed by saying that I should follow what he s saying or I would not have a job, what was the point. And also added that I wasted his time. He was on his phone and I called him just once to help me get a case out that’s all, of course if I’m paying for something I need time to choose what I like. It’s my right to take my time in a store And choose what suits me best and also my right to decide not pay because something is out of my budget! If price were next to the items I would have known how much those cases were. Never go there, I do not recommand this place at all.
We dropped my phone off at the cellaris at Easton town center in Columbus, Ohio. It is a rose gold iPhone 7. We dropped off and the worker said it would be one hour. We went 90 min later and were given back a phone with a black screen. So I have a rose gold phone with a black screen and a white button. It looks absolutely terrible. I had left a contact number and wasn’t called to discuss this. The worker, who claimed to be the owner, offered to put my cracked screen back on... we didn’t have time due to a departing flight. He offered to put the correct one back on when it was in stock... not helpful, I live in Texas. I should have been called and should not have been charged for a phone that looks awful.
Before changing my phone screen, the staff said that there would be no other issues I needed to worry about. After a new phone screen, my Face ID did not work. This situation that the staff even did not mention before they fix my phone. They said that I need to go to apple store and checked. Why did they mention earlier? Therefore, I would not come to their store to repair! My Face ID still does not work, and one of the manager said that he would give me a call to talk about the compensation. Two weeks passed, never received his call. TERRIBLE!!! NEVER GO TO THEIR STORE!
The guy told me that they couldn’t fix my iPhone 6 because it was permanatly damaged to get me to buy a new phone. Ended up spending 200 dollars on a phone and when I went to another store they ended up fixing my iPhone. When I tried to return it they said I couldn’t return the phone. Do not go here.
I went in to havey screen fixed. Cost 200. Brought it home. The phone stopped working, brought it back in, the rep said too bad. Nothing I can so. Tolde to take it to Apple and do notention he fixed it. So now at Sprint buying a new phone. I would never go back or recommend.
They get one star for being cheaper than a actuall cell phone store and one star for their location. Other than that, HARD PASS. The cases are garbage, the screen protectors last a week and everything is more expensive than Amazon. But if you can afford it, it's better to have something on there for a middle schooler's new phone that doesn't have a 400% mark up from Sprint.
