Today I went to T-Mobile in Columbus and had the BEST experience! Seth had Amazing customer service and was very nice!! Seth answered all my questions and took time to wrap all the items I purchased!! Seth gets 10 Stars in my eyes! If your looking for a place to purchase any T-Mobile products or services, come to T-Mobile outside of Easton mall and ask for Seth you will have the best experience!! Thank you Seth for making my day!!!
I came into the T-Mobile store and Seth was very welcoming! To make things easier and not take a lot of time, he suggested I go home to back up the phone, no one has ever suggested that and I appreciated it! It definitely saved me time! I came back and he helped me with everything I needed. Go check him out at Easton across from Chase Bank!!
Walked in to switch a family plan from another carrier and was very pleased with the service. We were greeted by JJ who was there to help as soon we walked through the door, and the process could not have been easier. He took the time to listen to our concerns and was able to switch our plan to one that worked best for us. He was very knowledgeable in answering any questions we had, and made us feel valued as customers. Overall the experience was great, and I recommend this location for your T-Mobile needs.
Seth at Tmobile was absolutely Amazing. Best Customer Experience I've had in a extremely long time!!! He even talked me into upgrading and joining the iPhone Family. Hands down give that man a raise!!!!!

We were instantly greeted by Seth when we walked into the empty store. unfortunately, it didn't take long for his condescending tone and aggression to kick in. I went for the sole purpose of upgrading my phone. I knew which phone I wanted and, what should've been a 10 minute trip, lasted over half an hour as he tried to bully me into getting insurance which I have yet to purchase on a phone. He hurled insults at my husband and I any chance he got and, when he FINALLY accepted the fact that he wasn't getting credit for selling me insurance, he snarled "fine, then you have to sign this!" and handed me a paper to sign stating that I declined it you would've thought I just stole his children's Christmas presents. Side note: my dad just recently upgraded to the same phone at another T-Mobile store and was not asked to sign anything, nor was he treated like a criminal for declining the insurance. I signed the paper and said "I feel like you're angry with me." He then said he wasn't angry with me, he's just a "very serious person." As a black belt in sarcasm, I picked up on his 'humor' early on...the "serious" part must come out when you tell him 'no' on a sale. After 10 more minutes of condescension and insults, I walked out with my new phone without insurance. My only regret is not walking out sooner and giving the sale to someone else at another store. After all of this, he said I'd be getting a survey about how he did and asked that I give him 10s because "it would really help [him] out." He also asked that I leave a 5 star review. Here's my review: Try a different T-Mobile store if you want real help.
Was in the store today 12/08/2018 there were 2 employees which were both helping customers. Seth told me he would be right with us and he was when he was finished with the customer. Seth was a little shocked on the purchase I was making but handled it in a very professional manor. We joked around and the sale went very pleasently. I would defiantly recommend this store and ask for Seth. Thanks again
Seth was amazing. He was so patient and answered all our questions pertaining to upgrading our phones. I will definitely be coming back for any of my phone needs in the future.
This T-Mobile location really needs to take better care in who they hire. While reviewing other ratings and comments made about this Easton location, I am not the least bit surprised to see that other people have been mistreated by one of their employees, Seth. About a week ago, I stopped into the store with my fiance to exchange my phone via warranty exchange. One of the sensors was messed up and a message kept popping up telling me that there was moisture or debris in my charge port, thus disabling charging. The message would come and go, so I would always charge my phone when the message was gone. The man who helped us not Seth was very nice, he confirmed that there was no water damages of any sort and that the issue with my device was in fact a malfunctioning sensor. He arranged the warranty exchange and informed us there would be a $5 charge, okay no problem. Fast forward to the day we go back to the store to pick up the new phone. We walk inside, shuffle around a bit, patiently waiting to be called upon. The first words spoken to us by Seth are, "What do you guys need today?" Okay, a bit of an odd way to greet customers but, whatever. I told him we were there for warranty exchange. He then asked why I was exchanging the phone, so I told him the issues I had been having. He asked to see my phone, looks at it for a second, then sternly blurts out, "Well how is your battery at 90% if you can't even charge it?" I might add that at this point the message was not displayed and I had just charged the phone before leaving my house. So, repeating myself AGAIN, I explained to him that the message comes and goes, sometimes its on for a day or two then gone for a day. Seth continues to eyeball my phone, then basically drops it on the counter and walks away to the back office to get the replacement. He brings it up and scans it into the computer so I can pay the $5. He then says, "You know this is just a refurbished phone and chances are it has way worse problems than your charging issue. Maybe you should just keep it instead of wasting my time." I, standing in awe, not knowing how to respond to such arrogance, look at Aaron my fiance. He's furious. We stepped away for a second, I grabbed my phone off the counter and said I wanted to make sure it was backed up so I didn't lose any data. During that time, Seth struck again and totally embarrassed and elderly man for not knowing the specifics on his iPhone and the upgrade plan he was on. Totally rude and completely unacceptable!!! After this man left the store, probably as mad as we were at that point, Seth mustered to us, "Give me your card now." I said, "no thank you!!!" and walked outside. I will NEVER return to this location again. T-Mobile, you are lucky that myself and many other people understand that is not entirely the company's fault when an employee is rude or just simply terrible at their job. Be aware not everyone is as considerate as I can be, and I'm almost sure this very unprofessional individual has pushed away many customers from your company!
I’m on a Jump plan w/ 6 ppl and needed to verify billing amounts and add new equipment. Seth and Nelson were super helpful and patient w/ all of our request. TBH everyone in the store was pretty nice. As soon as we walked in we were offered chairs and water while we waited. I would definitely recommend going to this location.
