Customer service is great. Just have to know what you're doing and get as much info as you can get. Make sure you know the prices and many of the reps there are friends and knowledgeable. I broke down the whole bill when I got my cell phone so I knew what I was paying. Their services are the best there is.

If I could I would leave a negative rating. I went in to consult on the family plan. The assistant is genuinely not interested and was playing on his phone the whole time! What a service!
