Reps were fabulous! They charged my phone while I looked around. Answered my questions about 5G and the Samsung 10+. Sadly, no true wireless headphones and no accessories for the Samsung S8+. Nonetheless, the guys were very professional and accommodating. Which made the visit worthwhile. Thanks guys!

I came to this location to transfer my data from my old iPhone to my new one. We ran into issues that were beyond our control but the representative Akil was patient and kind! He was very helpful!

Tried to go in Saturday morning to get my phone fixed. Website says they open at 10 AM. Door was locked and no one there until at least 10:30, when I finally gave up on waiting. I understand things happen, but this was disappointing.

Akil was an absolute joy!! He went above and beyond to help me get the service and phone I wanted. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the company and his customer service abilities. This was the best experience I have had with a sprint store in my 11 years as a customer.

This is a great crew. Switching my fathers Track Phone info and number over proved to be a tough proposition, but Akil and crew knocked it outta the park; diligently working to resolve any issues he even stayed late to make sure I was taken care of.
