I've done the AR Fit class several times now, and I can say that each class has been a challenge, and each class has been unique. The classes have enough people to build camaraderie, yet are small enough to feel almost like a personal training session. And the trainers are clearly experts in their field; I've been impressed with the variety of exercises they incorporate into each session. Lastly, the schedule works perfectly for me since I work 9-5, and they offer both morning and evening classes outside of standard business hours. Overall I've enjoyed the AR Fit classes and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a unique and dynamic group fitness setup.
