I had such an amazing experience at Clutch the other day! I am a new rider and needed a very simple fix. Kenneth was so kind and thorough and generous with his time and expertise. He didn’t think my issue was too small or too basic. He treated me as if my bike was a priority and got me back up and riding in no time. Thanks so much y’all!!!

Excellent work, excellent people, excellent shop, excellent prices! Clutch Bike Shop rings true to its name. After riding a cruiser for 3 years, I decided to r purchase a Roadster. I THOUGHT I was going to assemble it myself and take it for a spin. Didn’t go as planned and I may have broken some parts with my attempt at assembly. Found this shop, told them my problem, and not only did they fix my bike, and for a great price they did it all same day so I could ride with them the following morning on the Beltline. Thankful for the CLUTCH skills, awesome service, and friendliness.

I had a small bike issue that threatened to KO holiday ride plans. I was unsure if a shop I frequent was truly going to be open Black Friday. I pinged a couple of options Thanksgiving Day and heard back from Clutch confirming they would indeed be open the next day. I am VERY particular about who touches my bikes. Went back and forth and finally made the decision to give Clutch a try. I had ridden the bike by their shop and had a good chat and so knew they knew their stuff, and were not a front-end shop. They were able to work me in and I mentioned what I thought the culprit may be. They had a look and quickly pinpointed the cause, educating me in the process so this would not happen again. Really am glad I went and was rewarded in spades. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and use them again, emergency or regular maintenance.

Love this place! Decided to ride the bike to T-Mobile to replace broken phone and they turned me around because I didn’t have ID. It’s like 6pm and they close at 7pm so I have to go get ID and make it back before then. Due to dry rot caught a flat on my way back right in front of AC Clutch, but it was after 6pm and he had just closed. Looked in the window he was still there opened the door fixed my tire in a flash and I made it to T-Mobile in time. Very nice guy. Thanks again

Kenneth and his crew are great! They have a lot of knowledge, selection, and expertise. Most parts I have needed they have been able to special order for me if not in house. I highly recommend them, and am glad to have them as my local bike shop.

Clutch is a great neighborhood cycle shop, devoted to making your equipment road ready, from recreation to competition cycling. Customer service is 5 star!

Kenneth was awesome! Purchased standard pedals for temporary road bike riding. He help with the exchange, put air in the tires and provided keen proactive maintenance assessment for future references about my bike. Good stuff over there folks!

Great service! And every time I come in for a tune up they finish earlier than quoted.
