I've been to this location several times and the staff is always helpful. I was trying to find hiking shoes, and it took me around 2 hours to find shoes that worked. The staff were so patient, kind, and helpful throughout this process. I will continue to return to this REI location for my future needs.

Consistently great and knowledgeable customer service, outstanding selection, and fair pricing with really good sales. I spend a lot of time and money here. If corporate would get over their pro-victimization policies, this would be my favorite store.
