after looking at two dealerships in aspirations of getting my dream SUV, Abner at Atlantic Toyota made it possible. He was very transparent with the numbers, the dealer had the best retail price, and all in all Abner went above and beyond to get my the keys to my new 4Runner. Highly recommend this dealership.

I brought my 2010 rav 4 in for 4 new tires. When I brought it in my tire pressure light was on. I resolved it by putting air in the rear passenger tire and it would go off for a few weeks, so I thought I had a slow leak. When I got my inspection sticker they recommended I get new tires by winter. At this time the tire pressure light was off. So I bought 4 new tires and now the tie pressure light is on again steady not blinking. When I went back in they said they would have the manager check it. After waiting another hour I asked about my car. The girl said oh let me call him. Your car is ready the light is still on because you need 4 new sensors! WHAT you couldn't tell me that earlier? Why didn't they tell me before they said the car is all set. They told me tires are fine and fully inflated and just ignore the light. Very very disappointed! They said just keep an eye on the tires to be sure they are properly inflated. Also they said the sensors would cost $250 each! I will not be returning there ever!

My name is Carmen Moreno bought 2 cars brand new cash the last one was 2014 bought Nov 2013 I was sold a roadside assistance package for $495 and when I needed help nobody helped also my remote starter did not work and when I asked for help they fixed it and it was not working again but I did not go back because I was treated so bad the first time. I would never buy a car there again and I don't recommend anybody by the car there either I felt I was taking advantage of.

I went in here looking for work in sales which was a hell of an experience. The only person who greeted me was the receptionist young Dominican female. I passed the managers desk which is the first desk you pass. Not any type of hello or how are you. I did an entire lap in the showroom not one person greeted me. I then started walking towards your the exit passed the managers booth and then i was greeted. I would NEVER APPLY HERE. Management is clearly terrible and responsible for the lazy staff who were too busy in there phones to know whether or not they had a real prospect in front of them. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE DEALER. And yes i was the GUY IN THE BRIGHT YELLOW SWEATER that couldn’t be missed for a mile.

This is the second time that I have purchased a vehicle at this dealership and I have to say I am very happy and satisfied with the process of buying a new vehicle. The customer service is excellent and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I also would like everyone to know that the sales person that help me with the process was Nelson Medrano and he was amazing and very professional.
