I bought a new truck from Carla,she was very professional,kind and easy to work with! I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to buy from pride chevy.
Had a great experience with Doug he was very professional made sure all my needs were met and helped me in every way possible. Also made sure I was comfortable while I was waiting to get the sale completed. Took me through the facilities and showed me around all the departments, bathrooms as well as refreshments while I waited. Has great customer service skills and knowledgeable in the product, will most definitely use him as my sales person again. Thanks you so much for all your help.
These guys are great! My fiancé and I each got new cars this weekend, so we had been to a few dealerships already. That said, Pride Chevy topped expectations. Special thanks to Carla, who was incredibly welcoming, highly efficient and got us just what we wanted without any stress. We really appreciated her kind demeanor and her ability to stay on top of things in a time when buying a car is fairly chaotic. She really made the whole process a smooth one! Tom, the manager, got us WAY more than we thought on our vehicle and would cut straight to the chase without any of the typical nonsense that we kept getting at other places and believe me, we did. He was very accommodating and always made time for us whenever we had questions. Overall, we were never pushed into anything that made us feel uncomfortable or left us wondering if there was more to the story when financing. Thank you again to all that we worked with, I highly recommend going with these guys when looking at a new car!
Pride was the only local dealership that GM would send the parts to for installation. When I set up the appointment for installation they were friendly and accommodating. The day of the appointment the folks at the service and parts center were very busy but continued with great service and exceeded my turnaround time expectations!! Thank you Pride!
Omar, at check-in, clearly knew what he was doing. And he was efficient and polite. Repairs were made, he called to let me know, and check-out was quick and easy. It has been that way for the two years I have been going to Pride Chevy. I have been to other dealerships ... big chains ... and small local mechanics. But I will continue to go only to Pride Chevy!

Awesome! Douglass was fantastic. No frills no BS sales tactics. Told him what was important to me in the truck I wanted that they had. I explained the importance of 2 keys he said if it didn’t have 2 he would make one no questions asked. He did everything he said he would and more and have nothing but good things to say! Will be returning for all my services and parts! Thank you for my new to me 2020 Chevy Silverado LT with the DURAMAX!
Everything from the scheduling of the appt to the actual appt was a process/nightmare. Then finally went in for the appt to be told that the dealership wasn't able to work on car without corporate approval. Took WEEKS of calls/stopping into the dealership and then to find out that the person that was handling the issue from the dealer perspective for fired and she never forwarded any info to corporate! Then the icing on the cake was as this was all going on I had a tire needing replacement that you're shop basically said they couldn't get a replacement for three weeks from the supplier but if they actual put any effort in like I did myself, another local dealership had one in stock that I was able to go and get!!! Some of the worst experience from the most local dealer that I once bought a new car from.
went to pride Chevrolet dealer in Wakefield Massachusetts to have them replace my driver side mirror they replaced my mirror and installed driver's door panel improperly also damaging the door there is a dent in the door where they pried the panel off. The panel is not installed correctly and it is obvious when looking from the outside in, the panel is 1.5" taller than the other side. Water is also coming in when it rains. took the vehicle back to them the lady at the front desk said there is nothing they could do and it is fine but it obviously isn't when compared to the other. The manager originally said yes, I see what's wrong. then came back and said we are not going to help you with this issue I would like an apology for this and my door panel installed properly.
