I recently bought an engagement ring for my now fiance. The service I received was impeccable! The ring is flawless. I couldn't have picked a better jeweler to use. I will never buy jewelry from anywhere else. Thank you Aucoin Hart for making this special time in my life one of the best by far!

I had the best experience at Aucoin Hart. Me and my fiancé had a long road looking for my perfect engagement ring because I am VERY picky. The only one that I found that I really liked was at Aucoin Hart. I truly felt like they had the best diamonds and what I really wanted. Not only was I completely satisfied with my one of a kind Aucoin Hart ring but I had the BEST costumer service I have ever received. I always hated the way sales people try and sell you anything just to make a sale, but Melissa went above and beyond to get me the ring that I deserved! After months of me and my fiancé going there and picking out to the detail of what I wanted, I seriously felt like I left with Melissa as my best friend! I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone! You can tell that her passion is to make people truly happy! Over all if you are thinking about getting any kind of jewelry I would 100% recommend Aucoin Hart! I promise you will not be disappointed! I sure wasn't!

Hands down, the only jeweler my husband and I will shop from. Every time we step into Aucoin Hart we are greeted by someone who is quick to help. The level of service is far better than not just the local jewelers but also Tiffany’s. The quality of the workmanship shows just how much time they spend on every piece. Even though we now live in Texas, when we come back to Louisiana we make sure that we stop by the shop to have our rings cleaned and check out what’s on display. We can’t wait for the next time we go back!

Salesman was rude and condescending. Brought in fine jewelry to ask if they do resale, and he mocked it and me, and said with sarcasm that they'd just melt it down for scrap. Offered 'maybe a hundred bucks' for over $2000 worth of jewelry, with cert. papers (frim a much more reputable jewry store). Will never set foot in that cheesy place again.
