Audiology of New Bern

Extremely happy With the care and service and professionalism at Audiology of New Bern. My current hearings aids are 7 years old and while I certainly could benefit from new ones I have not yet taken the plunge! Sadie has been more than willing, and capable of adjusting my old hearing aids time and again to make them as good as possible for me. And she does an excellent job! When I finally spring for new hearing aids this is the place I will be buying them from. I know I will get a quality product and excellent follow-up service for as long as I have them. I I would also like to mention Caressa who schedules appointments and is always pleasant, cheerful and easy to work with. I highly recommend Audiology of New Bern without reservation.

Sadie is knowledgeable, and professional. I am extremely pleased with the care and support I have received from them. The new Lyric hearing aids are amazing!!!

I have been using hearing aids with marginal results for five years, until I went to Audiology of New Bern. Dr. Coleman correctly diagnosed my hearing problem in both ears and prescribed the perfect set of hearing aids (Oticon OPN1). I no longer struggle to hear in noisy environments and talking on the phone is finally effortless. I very strongly recommend that visit Audiology of New Bern and let Dr. Coleman help you to hear normal again.

The folks here are lovely to work with for improving hearing. Good selection of devices and lots of useful information and guidance.
