Melissa and Jill are excellent at the work that they do. Melissa will soon receive a doctorate in Audiology and has consistently demonstrated her expertise in audiology while maintaining a sensitive, caring atmosphere. HP Audiological in Clayton is both state-of-the-art and compassionate.

I am so happy that High Point Audiological has decided to open in Clayton, just when I needed them and wasn't really happy with what I was finding in Garner. I was looking for a real audiologist, not just someone trained to fit hearing aids, and Melissa Palmer is awesome! She is experienced, knowledgeable, well-educated, and so personable. She will truly find the best option for you and make sure you are comfortable. I am also so thankful that she told me about a discount program that I was eligible for, which made the cost of hearing aids MUCH more affordable; I can't thank her enough for doing that. She has made my life so much better, through her kindness and availability to match me exactly with hearing aids that meet my needs. I encourage anyone looking for a hearing evaluation by a college-trained audiologist, new hearing aids or reprogramming of existing ones, etc. to stop in and meet Melissa! I love them there!

High Point Audiological is 1st class in the audiology business! After attending their seminar, I was able to get assistance from the NC Division of Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Melissa Palmer and her assistant Jill fitted me with the latest high tech hearing aid available and I was as happy as a lark in springtime! I could hear birds chirping, water gurgling and the TV.. just like a kid again. Thanks Melissa and Jill.. you made an old man feel young again.

Very professional, kind, and we'll educated on all aspects of audiology. I would highly recommend this practice.
