Couldn’t have picked a better place to get my hearing back I strongly recommend Dr Holmes and his staff! Professional and very friendly.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Holmes' office yesterday. Other than a longer than expected wait time, I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. Dr. Holmes was extremely professional and personable. I was pleased to learn that he was an Air Force veteran like myself. Dr. Lena Kyman was also very professional and was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and making sure that all my needs were met. She also assisted me by turning me over to Megan (sp) who was very pleasant and a joy to speak with. Megan assisted me with my Bluetooth hearing aids which had been a source of frustration in my life. After she solved my problem, I am so much happier. All the staff I had contact with made my visit very enjoyable. Thank you, Dr. Holmes.

The staff is very helpful and efficient. Everything is completely explained, and there is very little wait time involved.

High-deductible plan holders beware. I believe they engage in rent-seeking practices by ordering unnecessary tests. When I inquired about the cost of a test, prior to undergoing, they would not give me a number. I ended up with a huge bill that I was responsible for and am no better off for having gone there. They will negotiate with insurance companies but not with patients, who are also payers! On a positive note, the front desk and nursing staff are very friendly.

Dr. Kyman is outstanding. I have been affected by Meniere's Disease for 19 years and she is by far the best all-around professional I have worked with. She is patient, intelligent and empathetic. I am very impressed with her work abroad. I should give kudos to the entire office, front office to checkout. The entire staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I am very fortunate to have found ENT & Audiology Associates!
