Bright Audiology

My husband went to Bright Audiology for a hearing aid and we both were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the all the staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable and go the extra yard when trying to please. When one hearing aid did not meet my husbands needs Lisa found another one that would serve him much better. Whenever he has a concern or question, they are there to help and get the answer. Would recommend them to anyone !!!

Folks here are very professional and take the time to answer all questions, even over multiple visits, before committing to moving forward. Their solution for me has been outstanding addressing all my questions/concerns. I can now hear in all the ranges I was missing... fabulous. I highly recommend Bright Audiology for anyone considering hearing aids.

I had an appointment with Dr. Bright yesterday to get a new hearing exam and adjust my hearing aids. It was very thorough and I walked out hearing much better. She has the skill and equipment to make the hearing aid exactly fit your hearing deficiency. Very professional and clearly someone who strives to ensure you hear your best. Her staff are very friendly and helpful as well. This is the place to go if you have impaired hearing.

I have been very happy with everyone at Bright Audio and always feel that they are doing the best for my needs. Everyone is very nice and friendly, and it's a nice and interesting facility.

Very professional clinical staff. They work very hard to educate and fine tune hearing aids for patient. We had a delay in receiving the hearing aids, but we ordered during the holidays and through a discount program. Bright Audiology worked hard to compensate for any delay. You can tell that customer satisfaction is extremely important to this practice.
