Avada Hearing Care Center

This hearing center provides truly exceptional, individualized care. Rocky is a fantastic audiologist, and goes the extra mile to be sure that all needs are met. The whole family came in, and as he went through the process, he explained everything with compassion and explained every technicality so that we could understand what mom was going through. There is a frequent need to readjust, and Rocky is happy to go through the process as often as it takes to fine-tune the hearing aids. He even came to the home and installed devices on the televisions so that mom could hear, but not disturb others: she loves to walk around the house, and not miss anything. The personal touch is incredible. As with other companies, there may a problem with insurance paying for the hearing aids. As long as you find out about insurance, Avada has our family's highest recommendation!!!

I had a great experience and it was a pleasure to be helped by Lauren. Her selfless nature put me at ease. The session was very informative and provided me with a lot of helpful tips to slow any future hearing loss. I would recommend Avada Hearing Care Center to all of my friends and family. Ray

After my previous hearing provider moved to a very inconvenient location, I started using Avada, which is much more convenient for me, especially since they moved to their new location off Falls of Neuse Rd. I love their new office! The staff has been very gracious and helpful in keeping my current hearing aids in operation, even though they were not purchased at Avada. I not only have a more convenient office to go to, I also have much more confidence in the staff to assist me whenever I need it. I will definitely buy my new aids from Avada when my current ones wear out! Many special thanks to Lauren, Rocky and Mark!

I had a great experience at Avada when I was there. Although I am still young, it was advised that I get my hearing checked and that was a smooth process. I was treated by Lauren, who also went through some ways to help reduce hearing loss in the future. I am glad I went and will not hesitate to return, or refer other family members. Thanks
