Cary Audiology Associates, PLLC

My experience has bee excellent and the service very professional. Susan Rawls is very friendly and thorough, taking the necessary time to fully explain and answer all of my.questions and concerns. This has been invaluable as someone new to the need for hearing aids. The office atmosphere is also extremely pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of an audiologist.

I have been using the services of Cary Audiology for many years. I have always been pleased with the staff. The audiologists are First-Rate. Very knowledgeable and always eager to assist with any of my hearing issues. Their professionalism becomes very apparent when discussing my hearing problems. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful also. I am always glad to recommend Cary Audiology to friends who have hearing problems.

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Cary Audiology. Both Michelle and Dr. Rawls are very knowledgeable and thorough and have been a joy to work with. From the first time I visited the office, I liked the care and concern I felt from Dr. Rawls. She attentively listened, asking questions to understand my needs and concerns so she could best facilitate my hearing care.

This office is very professionally run, but friendly and very accommodating. Susan Rawls spends more than sufficient time with new hearing aid users and helps navigate the intricacies of state of-the-art equipment. I highly recommend this office.

Great professional service by Dr. Rawls! takes the time to explain everything-is available to answer questions at any time. Makes sure that the hearing aids you purchased are right for you-does adjustments until tginbgs are perfect. would highly recommend this practice-great office staff as well!!
