I have been working with these people for many years and they have always been helpful and very accommodating. Great and competent service. I highly recommend them.

I can't even begin to explain the curtness a d rudeness of the man I dealt with. Ive never had such terrible service in my life. If it weren't for the doctor, then this place would get one star. He was terrible. Insanely rude. I'm struggling to get through the door, handling a two year old and trying to hang up with my brother after not talking to him for months and this rude excuse of a man is giving me a hard time for not getting off the phone before entering. I didnt see a sign on the outside of a building that looks like a shady old run down chinese restaurant. Then gets the biggest attitude with me for not noticing the signs because im struggling with my son, through the door. Then continues to tell me we can reschedule if my phone call is more important than my sons test. I barely walked through the door! Im addition, I had called him out and told him there is obviously some tension and ask if we are okay to move forward. I continue to tell him he has made everything very awkward when all it would have taken was a simple, "Ma'am I see you're struggling, but there are "'No cell phone' signs placed through out the waiting room." That would have been fine. I would have apologized immediately Then he curtly says, "ID." No please or anything. Takes my ID and realizes I'm a vet and goes and hides in his office and makes zero eye contact with me the rest of the time I am there. I dont know if it is because i was a vet that he his or avoided me, but whatever it was. I will never ever go back. I worked in customer service for a long time before joining the army. I am usually very understanding and very apologetic. However!! I will NOT tolerate rudeness when it isnt called for. He needs to be removed from this facility. Both times i spoke with him on the phone, he was insanely rude and condescending. I was so angry that i actually felt my face turn red. I was in shock from how terrible he was to me. I've never had such a degrading and terrible experience.
