Love EVERYONE of the staff.  Every time I've been there, not one grumpy person in the office!  Means a lot!  And when I needed help with insurance, they called right away and got things straightened out for me.

My husband went to Audiology of the Sandhills in March and was assured that the hearing aids ($6400.00) would be covered by his private insurance.  It is now September and we are still waiting for Audiology to fill a correct claim for reimbursement.

We would have never proceeded without this assurance from Audiology and when we ask them about the claim on a regular basis, all we get is the run around.

Beware that you will not get reimbursed and Audiology will not help you.
