I went there today with all intentions of getting a vehicle they have had on line for a while. Looked at these reviews you had and thought it would be an easy quest. I was not greeted by anyone, had to go to all the bay's until I found a young man with dreads who by the way was very helpful. He got me another young man to help me after he had done the best he could. The next young man showed me all the vehicles I wanted to look at without any problems and was very professional with his duties. Then I was ready to get to negotiations with the sale person that everyone on the review's said was most helpful. Mr. Travis came out like he had no time to be bothered with me. The vehicle I wanted was priced over 35k and I had my own financing. I was told I could not test drive the vehicle unless I was approved to get it. I was told that there was no kind of negotiations on the vehicle. Even though it was clear that they had just painted one side of the vehicle and no one could tell me what was the damage. Maybe I'm to old for this new way to buy cars. I want someone to work for my hard earned money and treat me like they want my business .

Refreshing experience. No high pressure sales or hard closing. All the guys are very knowledgeable. I didn’t buy this time for personal reasons but I will definitely be back when I’m ready!

After the sell, had issues with side mirror and engine light . Have traveled back and forth to auto barn. Been a hassle after trying to call and no response! I would not but another vehicle from them. Be careful what you buy . May look good on the outside , but inside is a hot mess!!!!
