The staff is super friendly; we told them what we were looking for and they made it happen. They aren't pushy like other dealerships and they want you to leave there a happy customer. Would definitely buy from them again.

We had a great experience buying our new car from Carl Black in Hiram. Everyone was great to work with, especially our salesman, Jake. They helped us get a great rate which resulted in a monthly payment lower than we thought possible. They also helped keep our kids occupied since we had to bring them with us for a bit. That’s true service! We’ll definitely continue to do business with Carl Black in Hiram!

I and a great experience in getting my car. Ryan was very knowledgeable about both cars I test drove. I didn't want to spend all day at the dealership and he made sure I was in and out. All of the employees were friendly, great atmosphere. I would recommend them to everyone.

Took my new baby there based on fellow guides reviews. I must say I was not disappointed. The place is clean, the staff is friendly to the 9 children with me and that's all a mother of many cam ask for especially on days when I cannot leave them home to run all my errands. I received a complimentary check. Than I agreed to my diagnostics. I was out of there in less than an hour.
