Recently made a purchase at Morrow location. Mr. Jamal and Darius Davis were extremely professional. Mitchell answered all of my questions and call backs as well as email correspondence was handled in a timely manner. Mr. Darius made sure the vehicle I had chosen was cleaned and he also checked to see if I was okay when stuck in horrible traffic. Customer Service Skills on point. Will refer others.

The agents in Riverdale Ga, was excellent the service was very professional. I loved the car I rented so I purchase it. The service began really nice but toward the end . the service slacked a lot . I didn't receive the car fax on the vehicle or the inspection check. When I HAD TO GIVE MY CAR TO BE INSPECTED FOR THE SALE. Jamel Johnson and Kareem Henry placed me in a black Dodge Caravan. I never walked around the car never sign off on the car. When I return the car for me to purchase my car. I asked about my fifty dollar, Jamel Johnson said it would not be a problem, when I called about the money I was told they kept it because the car was damaged. I was furious I drove that car with such care and There was nothing wrong with the car. I left my parking pass in the car and that was all. Now I fighting for fifty dollars when I brought a car from you. now EVERYBODY giving me the round around. I really can not say anything nice I trusted Mr. Johnson and Mr. Henry and they let me down bad. This is the second car I brought from Enterprise but I can not recommend or will I buy another . SALESPEOPLE NEED TO BE HONEST AND MANAGEMENT SHOULD SET THE EXAMPLE.

Very professional . Bought a car for my wife here recently. She is extremely happy with the purchase. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality preowned vehicle.

Enterprise Morrow GA: 4 Stars. Enterprise Forrest Park GA: 1 Star. Reserved vehicle with Forrest Park branch. Upon arrival, vehicle was not available. Was sent to Morrow branch because they had similar vehicles available according Forrest Park agent. Upon arrival Morrow, i was told they didn't have any similar vehicle available. Morrow branch manager made efforts to accommodate and found a similar vehicle with Alamo in the area. Neither of the 2 branches offered any compensation.
