John Moore was friendly enough, but I had a hard time getting him to respond to my emails and he wasn't professional.
I found a car I liked when I visited the lot and John and I had a verbal agreement on the items the dealership would include or fix if I were to purchase the vehicle. The next day I emailed him the same terms to get it in writing, but received no reply until I called him by phone the next day. He replied to my email right away after he knew I had cash and was ready to buy, but the reply said that some of the previously agreed upon terms would not occur. When I pointed out that this was different from our verbal agreement he gave me a stereotypical sales-guy response to the effect of "I didn't say that we would do those things, I can only make suggestions to what management will approve." In actuality he gave me a hard "yes" to the terms and made no mention of needing approval.
Later, after I paid to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic, I sent him a list of the items that would need to be fixed or addressed if I were to purchase the car, but he never responded.
I was able to find the same make/model, 2 years newer, with 20,000 miles less, for only $1000 more elsewhere. I'll happily pay more for better service, and in this case I got a better vehicle as well so it all worked out for the better.

This dealership is clean and well put together. The staff was very professional and welcoming! I did not know what to expect when I found them online but was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived. They worked with me on my trade in and the price of the car. We came to an agreement that I was happy with. Go see Chauncey he will treat you right!

They act nice until you start asking questions about the vehicle. Be a smart consumer. Don't ever buy a car without having an external mechanic look at it. When it was apparent I wasn't going to buy a car that day, and wanted to have a mechanic look at the vehicle, the black woman sales person basically took me to the door and told me I wasting her time. So I found a truck at a reputable dealer the next week and purchased it. Don't waste your time here. They act like a bunch of crooks. I've never had a dealership tell me I was wasting their time on my first visit. I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

Chauncey was great. HE IS HONEST!!!
If there is one thing I recommend is inspect your vehicle in the day light. My interior had been airbrushed (which flaked off before I got it home). Yes sir airbrushed. I wouldn't believe unless I seen it for my self, I walked into lot and found dude airbrushing the leather seats in a Tahoe.
Also it has been 5 months since a purchase and still haven't received my warranty packet that I paid an additional 3000 dollars for. After multiple attempts by calling I am now forced to go back there and I run a company with many employees, needless to say I dont have time to babysit a car dealership after I paid them cash for a truck they act like they would rather never hear from you again. The only thing keeping them in business is the fact that all potential customers are unaware off what they are about to get into.
