Brought my 2014 Toyota Tacoma Xrunner in to Rich’s tires in Sunnyvale for new upper and lower control arms and after market coilover kit and also had a weird clicking sound in the rear. Misael and Gilberto were great, they got it done in a reasonable amount of time for the work that needed to be done and the price was also affordable. Definitely would recommend this shop. They know what they’re doing and reasonable pricing.

A life saver!!! I had a flat tire at almost 5pm and was stressed out with my insurance road side assistance service.. I Googled the nearest tire repair shop that was open and found Rich’s Tires of Sunnyvale and they were 5mins away. Gilbert answered and said I need to be there before 7pm. By 6.30 my roadside assistance was nowhere in sight. When I let Gilbert know my problem, he said not to worry since I am very near he will make an exception and help me change my tire and drive to his shop. You know new cars when the tire is changed the computer goes crazy. Michel helped reset it.. Now I am in awe with AWESOME SERVICE!! Thank you Gilbert and God bless you and your shop!!

No bs, straight honest service. Had a flat tire on labor day weekend and this was one of the few tire shops that were opened. No drama, honest work, tire plug $20 quick, but less durable or tire patch $30 less likely to leak air, the proper way to patch things. Tire was balance and mounted properly.

Reliable. Quick. Reasonably priced. I called about a flat and was able to get it done, with tire rotation at no extra cost, in about 30 mins.

Awesome experience. Got flat tire, a screw punctured the tire. Stopped at Rich's, got inner patch installed in 10 minutes/$25, all questions answered, very friendly team.

Although not the prettiest, the place definitely is one of the quickest. I got a full synthetic oil change done, which included window washing and general checkup of the car. They were upfront about the costs and did not try any upselling.

Mounted 2 Tires on my Integra and didn't run into any issues. The mounting and balancing cost $50.

Marcello is great, I come here for my regular oil changes. He's done a few other things my car has needed. He's always fair and let's you know how much time you have if you can't afford to fix it right away and he's pretty on point with this times. Nice guy and his employees are cool guys too.

Great service! Quick and straightforward. Came here for a tire puncture and I was back on the road in 20 minutes.
