Silicon Valley Auto Body

I was sideswiped in front of my house and when I contacted AAA this was one of the shops that had rental cars available. I didn’t want to have to mess with going to a different location to get my rental car. Once I had the approval AAA I made an appointment to come in and get an estimate for my car. I didn’t need an appointment but I made one to simplify things. When I arrived everyone was very nice and helpful. Theresa came out and looked at the scratches and damage to my car. She walked all around the car to look for any additional damage besides just what I showed her. Within a couple days I had an appointment to bring in my car. My rental car was waiting for me and it was very easy to drop off my car and then drive away with the rental. In almost a week my car was ready to go. If I ever need body work again I will definitely come here with or without insurance.

Silicon valley autobody did an amazing flawless job on my vehicle. Had my front bumper repainted from a hit and run side swipe that caused cosmetic damage to my bumper while I was at work parked, from a delivery truck. Their staff is very friendly and professional, customer oriented business. Chris was very prompt in keeping up to date with progress on my vehicle and notifying me. I definitely recommend silicon valley autobody to anybody that need body work. On a side note as I got my car back, and they had detailed it. Everyone in the office is very nice and professional. I had my estimate within 15 minutes of walking in the door, as well as my repair date. I had damaged the front edge of my car's hood, down to the metal in a couple of spots. I've had my car back for about 5 days now and I have scrutinized that area in many types of light, from bright sun to my shadowy garage and I cannot tell where the repair was done! They did a beautiful job, on the repair and the paint job. The car was even clean, inside and out, when I picked it up! If I am ever in need of body work again I will definitely use Silicon Valley Auto Body. Thank you, to all who were involved in making my experience a great one.

Great work on my car after a huge pine tree fell on it. It looks like new after high quality repair and paint job - I'm really happy! They even cleaned and detailed the car inside and out, removed all the tiny glass pieces and sap, even my cleaned the tires! Thank you, Chris and all those who worked on my car! These guys are awesome! My car was rear ended and needed extensive rebuild. The estimate was 14 days. Problem was I had a handicap lift on the back. We needed the car back ASAP. Chris and the staff did everything they could and got the car back to us in record time. The work was exceptional. They also offered to install the new rack when it came in a few weeks later. It's by far the best repair shop. I brought my Nissan Leaf here to get quotes to fix damage caused by something falling off an overpass and someone who keyed my car. However, I only decided to get one area fixed. After dropping off my car, they made a mistake and started work the other area. They decided to repair both areas at the same price. I'm truly impressed by their professionalism and quality of work.

Geico suggested this shop for body work after an accident. Service was solid and communication was timely. Had to bring the car back since some trim was coming unglued - they fixed it quickly and even provided a rental for the day so I could get to work, all free.

They had a very fast turnaround on my car repair and offered exceptional service. Great rental car as well. Highly recommend this shop!

After having my truck backed into at work. I decided to take it here and am extremely impressed with the work! Andrew the painter did an immaculate job! The service was fast, friendly and the work they did on my truck is FLAWLESS!! Love the detail job after the fact. I got several thumbs up on the way home! I felt brand new!

I wish I could give this place rate of negative infinity. I am beyond frustrated with them. AAA took my car to be fixed here They also had to fix the car alignment . After almost 4 weeks they said they car is ready. I go pick up the car and the first thing I see they scratched my steering wheel. I drive it to work and see the steering wheel is way off and when I drive straight the steering wheel is tilted to left. It was so obvious that anyone could recognize it by driving it once. I took the car back and they said two people test drove it and it looked okay. I was LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME? so Jim the guy from the shop test drove it and said oh they might have forgotten to center the wheel. So I leave my car there again for them to fix it. Then I get a call next day saying oh we might have mixed up your alignment report with some other car so the alignment guy needs to do so adjustment again. At this point I was beyond frustrated that how careless they work. Then they said the car is ready so I test drive he car with Jim and it looked okay. But when I drove back from work I see my car is shifting to he right when I drive straight and when I want to make my steering wheel straight the car goes to the left so I have to take my car back again. I really do not know how many times it takes them to get the alignment right. They do not even have a alignment center they ask a mobile aligner to go to their shop. In short, DOT NOT take your car for any kind of service here at any cost. If you go here you have to keep time off from work or anything you do to keep asking them to re-fix the part they "fixed. It is just waste of your time and money. On the good side, Jim was very honest, friendly and very helpful but the job quality was HORRIBLE and still not done right.
