Auto Glass Factory LLC

It was my first time used Auto Glass Factory LLC and it was a great experience when I got my two cars' windshields replaced in May 2018. It was very easy to make appointments with the staff and the technician was professional. The windshields look great! I will use this company again in the future and am definitely recommended you to try to use this company.

I had to replace the windshields in both my vehicles, and they were able to get me scheduled right away for the next day. They came to me so I didn’t have to take off work. The prices were reasonable, the service was great, and the employees were very professional.

This is a fair rating. At first I did read the reviews, the one star ones. I do this to find legitimate claim of ratings. I spoke with a professional understanding person named Hector. He gave me a quote and YES he spoke with broken english. (This is Arizona the Southwest not England, move dumb azz!!) I called back and spoke with a female to set up a time and date. I was informed how to what they were going to do and reasonable time window. (PROFESSIONAL). Marvin did notify before arriving and when did introduced himself and gave me an estimated time of completion. Very organized, professional and clean work he performed. I have nothing in common with the One Star rating reviews and question their substance. Competitive pricing, Professional service and Work. Thank you Auto Glass Factory.
