Christi was very nice and accommodating. Did everything she said she was going to do, when she said she'd do it. Good followup. Dealt with both Jeremy's (2 different jobs). Both knew their stuff and were very professional. Did nice work, cleaned up, etc. Prices were reasonable compared to getting bids from several other vendors.

I called for a window repair. The technician came and inspected the required repair after more than a week wait. He told me to expect a quote the next day. I called several times without a response. Obviously they are too busy to quote a simple window repair. Take your money to a business that wants it.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! They were not only professional and friendly...but willing to do a small job for me that was very difficult and time consuming. So fortunate to find them! The owner is truly a detailed artist who can do most anything.

Glass Doctor was called in to replace a broken glass door to a commercial building at a down Scottsdale Art Gallery in 2017. The door job was a very vexing situation to start with. The replacement was poorly carried out by the Glass Doctor, which caused some damage to the hinge mechanisms. This included damage to connecting glass window which in turn had to be replaced.. The Tennant, in charge, made a down payment which was never returned. Also the Insurance Company paid Glass Doctor for the work. Because the door never worked properly afterwards it had to be removed and reinstalled, plus extra work, by another contractor for $3,919.00. Not VERY HAPPY, Signed, Building Owner
