I highly recommend Gilbert Glass. Their staff is very professional, expert at what they do... and their customer service and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. Five stars for sure! Very happy!

With every master bath remodels comes the time to replace the shower doors. What I assumed would be a straight forward replacement proved to be anything but simple. The first estimate recieved from another company indicated he didn’t have the necessary skills to complete the job. He didn’t know how to work around an angle problem without tearing out part of the newly placed tiles. I got a second opinion from Gilbert Glass. When I explained to Gilbert’s Seth and Ryan what I was trying to accomplish and the “angle problem “ they thought outside the box and came up with a solution that allowed me to achieve the esthetic look my wife and I wanted. When installation time came around they spent the necessary time to get things right. And again it wasn’t an easy/standard installation, but with their attention to detail the shower door and walls now look great. Thank you very much Gilbert Glass and Seth and Ryan.

This glass company is amazing! They are honest and super friendly! They didn't charge us a service fee which is super awesome! Worth every penny! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for honest work and great people to work with. We will continue to support our local glass company!

We would have NOT used this company if we'd known of a BBB complaint from 2016, similar to ours from this year. Gilbert Glass installed nine Low E, dual pane windows, correctly, according to the Registrar of Contractors. However, the windows supplied from "Trulite" company are INFERIOR and have MANUFACTURING DEFECTS. Gilbert Glass is refusing to help us resolve this issue with Trulite. Reason, Dennis Kempton, "senior estimator" stated the "spacers do not move." They moved over a year. The Registrar of Contractor representative agreed the spacers moved within each window, varying with each window. In June of 2016, the estimator for Gilbert Glass saw our original house windows with "squiggles" moved into the line of sight. He stated then that with their windows, "That would NEVER happen again.." as spacers are now constructed from aluminum, and "do not move." Again, they did move. The representative from Trulite, Frank Thomas, "Territory Account Manager" stated "they are not aesthetically pleasing...but the window still works." Ridiculous. We replaced the original windows to remove the line of sight issue--which returned. In summary, DO NOT USE GILBERT GLASS as they use inferior products and will NOT help resolve issues with manufactures.
