Auto Glass Now Charlotte

Well I made a appointment to have the leaking windshield repaired/replaced in my 02 ranger.After talking with the people there I found it would be about $40.00 more to replace the windshield , which I kinda thought the one in my ranger wasn't exactly the right one, so sprung for the new windshield to. It was raining the day I had the work done so they were not to busy and the guy jumped right on my truck, they even let me stand out in the bay and watch, he showed me where the sealant had let go around the old windshield. He went to great lengths to be sure my cab opening was dry before installing the new windshield, then he taped it down and instructed me to leave the tape in place for 24 hours or until it stopped raining. It has rained twice since I had the new windshield installed and I have a dry cab now. All said and done - a good experience with Auto Glass Now, fair price and good service. Like I said - they even let me watch and talk with the guy doing the work. Definitely would go back to them with any other glass work and would send anyone looking for work to them.

This place is AMAZING and has the BEST prices hands down! Customer service was awesome and everyone was friendly. I got there an hour early because I live far and didn’t time it correctly , they took my car right back and I was leaving at the time that my actual appointment was scheduled for. I won’t go anywhere else for any other glass services I may need. The ladies at the front were very nice and helpful and the men who installed my new windshield as well. Check them out, you won’t regret it!

They did a great job. I called them and got a great price. A few hundred dollars cheaper than anyone else. I asked how long it would take, they said one hour and it was done in one hour. Completely satisfied.

Excellent service! I called and was told to just come on in. I arrived and they replaced the front and rear weather seals on my 2008 BMW 550i. I was in and out in no time. Very courteous and professional. Thanks so much for getting me all fixed up. Highly recommended.
