Walked into the store front 2+ weeks ago and told Gary what I wanted and he gave me a quote and wrote it in his book. I placed the order. I offered to pay and he said to pay when the glass arrived. Now 2 weeks later he says he never ordered it because I didn't pay. That's totally lame since I wasn't there for a quote -- I was there to buy a piece of glass. I would have gladly paid if he had asked for it. Going elsewhere.

Very disappointed in this glass company and will NEVER use them in the future. They came to my home on LKN, measured, quoted, and said they ordered the glass to be installed in my home and it would take 1.5 to 2 weeks to come in. I added one more small pane to the order a couple days after the original order. They said 'no problem'. They gave me a timeline of when they would be completed knowing I was putting my house on the market at a scheduled date. I waited two weeks assuming the glass they ordered would be in. I called and Gary (I'm assuming the owner) said they decided to not do the job due to 'not enough manpower'. Absolutely lame, ridiculous and unprofessional with no apology or remedy to get my glass installed. I never got a call, an email, a text or anything to notify me, and instead was counting on them to have 10 panes of glass installed by my listing date. They are one of the most completely irresponsible companies I've worked with. Move on if considering them.

I took my vehicle to Freedom Glass for a complete windshield replacement and also subsequently for a chipped windshield. They did a terrific job both times. They were professional and prompt with their service and I couldn't be more pleased. I will use them for all of my glass needs going forward.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER I RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY!!!! I HAVE HAD A WINDOW FOR MY HOME ON ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY FOR OVER 3 MONTHS SINCE JUNE OF 2017 AND IT IS NOW THE END OF AUGUST AND THEY HAVE BEEN PAID!!!!! I KEPT BEING TOLD THE SAME THING... OH IT WILL BE IN NEXT WEEK OR THE MANUFACTURE BROKE IT. THEN I CALL UP AND GET SOME GUY NAMED OWEN THAT HAS THE NERVE TO TELL ME I AM RUDE AFTER I AM TOLD ONCE AGAIN MY WINDOW IS NOT THERE!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!! THEY DESERVE -10 STARS!!!!
