Schedule an appointment online the day before I wanted the work done. When I arrived at the location to drop off the car the door was locked. I could see someone sitting on the other side of the door and since I had arrived after normal posted office hours I knocked. The person sitting at the desk simply looked at me I knocked again after a few moments and someone else came to the door. I explained that I had made an appointment and they claimed I had not. Excuse me told them I scheduled it online. They then informed me they did not schedule my appointment as they had not verified my insurance, I was not trying to claim this on my insurance, and explained I would be paying cash for the replacement. I was then informed in a very rude manner that they did not order my glass but I should come in anyways, as they still had not let me in the office, and they'd see if they could do anything for me. At this point I declined and said I would work with someone who wanted my business.

I had problems w/this facility the entire month of April! 1st off the 1st windshield they ordered came w/ a crack already in it so I had to reschedule an appointment. Went to new appointment & they ordered the WRONG WINSHIELD! The installer did they best he could & installed it but I had to COME BACK a week later for them to install the correct windshield. 2nd appointment I was not greeted by the secretary but when someone else came in she actually got out of her seat to greet them & ask them how she could help. When I asked her why I was not greeted like that she said she thought it was her distributer. A BIG NO NO in my book! No matter who it is you should always greet every customer that comes in. They finally installed the correct windshield. Will never come to them again!
