Charlotte Auto Glass Repair

I had an appointment made 1 week in advance. I called the office 3 times to get a time window on when they would be showing up to replace my windshield. And the only response I got was that "he will be there shortly." Finally at 4pm, the technician calls and states that he will have one more job, then will come my way and that he works after 5pm. At 5:10pm, I recieve a phone call from the office staff, demanding my credit card information, even though I informed him that I have yet to recieve the service. I told the office staff to cancel my order and tell the technician. The technician shows up at my home at 6pm wanting to complete the install. After I told him no, he was very unprofessional and rude, stating that I "wasted his time." Long story short, AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!

DO NOT USE THIS WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT BUSSINESS!!!!!!! the guy came out and during the replacement of my daughter's windshield he removed the weather stripping on either side of her windshield. It was coming loose so he asked her if he could rip it off her not knowing any better and trusting the guy she said yes. However, he never told her he was not going to replace what he had just ripped off. It has left huge gaps between the windshield and the body of the car it looks really bad. I called to explain this but received no help at all he was trying to blame my 21 year od daughter instead of taking the blame. Now I have to take my car to a body shop to get this fixed which I'm told is VERY expensive! Learn from my mistake and don't use this company!!
