Auto Glass Now Colorado Springs

Although this place isn't the prettiest auto shop you'll ever see, the prices are by far the best! I saved almost $100 compared to any other windshield replacement shop. They even vacuumed out my car and saved all the stickers from my windshield. Employees were friendly and respectful-best glass repair experience I've ever had! I was in and out in exactly one hour

I was unfortunate enough to have someone/something break my driver side window over a holiday weekend. Called Auto Glass Now first thing on a Tuesday morning and they were able to get me in next day (had to special order the window). Next day I dropped off my car and in less than an hour my new window was installed and I was good to drive off. I don't know how their prices compare, but the whole thing was cheaper than I was anticipating. Very happy with my experience with them.

Auto Glass Now did a great job on my car windshield today. Their technician Ricky came to our house and did a great job. He was professional and fast. No hassle just great service along with the best price around. You don't need to look anywhere else for auto glass needs.

I had to replace my windshield and was pretty happy with my service. These folks were quick (one hour) and service was very pleasant. They didn't even have any issues with my installed camera. Hopefully we don't have another cracked windshield, but now we know were a good place to go is!

I do not recommend Auto Glass Now. They botched the first install of a windshield replacement by seating it at an angle on my car, had me come back in to diagnose it a few days later, then had me come back "after the adhesive had fully cured" to do a complete replacement on their replacement. When I asked for a partial discount since I made 3 trips to their workplace to get one windshield replaced, I was told no. When I stated that I took a lot of time out of 3 workdays for what should have been a 1 hour job, I was told that they offer appointments on the weekend. I didn't argue, but just because someone works M-F does not mean they have weekends "free" to come back for a 3rd time so they can get the job done properly. Added to this, employees smoke in the repair bay despite "No Smoking" signs all over. And the smoke wafts in to the small waiting room... the result is like sitting in a bar back in the 1980s.
