Joshua came to my work and changed out the windshield on my LR4 earlier this week. I couldn't have been more happy and impressed with his knowledge, professionalism & attention to detail! Would highly recommend! Thanks for a job well done!

Disappointed in my appointment today. First, I received no estimate. In retrospect, I shouldn't have proceeded without a quote. They completed the service and the final charge was over 500 dollars for a Honda CR-V front windshield. It seemed high to me but just paid it because I was running late to get back to work. Later in the work day, I did a simple Google search that clearly shows that is way over priced. Before giving a one star review, I wanted to call and see why I was paying an outrageous amount. I called first the national number and after waiting on hold for ten minutes talked to someone who couldn't answer my question. She gave me the local number. After waiting for another ten minutes on hold, I gave up. Lessons learned, make sure you get a quote, call around town and find out what it really costs, don't assume because it's a national chain they will charge you appropriately.

Wish it would let me post a couple photos of his (Mike or Michael) job and performance! Way above and beyond any expectation I had of safe lite to come repair my 2016 hard rock rubicon at my home. I caught him not only doing a fantastic job cleaning my front window after install but went the extra mile to clean every single one of my windows inside and out. To me that’s huge, it shows he cares. Took about an hour, maybe less. Overall very satisfied

Weak greeting when I entered. Retail customer view. When I was met by a service tech, advisor? He looked over the car. Did give me the options, call insurance, to claim damage, rock chip repair. I had requested, self pay. Just wanted in & out. Service took minimal time. Very satisfied.

Had a chipped windshield, and I can't even tell it happened. They were quick and helpful, thanks Lance for doing such a great job!
