Last month I purchased a windshield. They came to my house and installed it. $260. Nice work. But then three weeks later I got a rock chip. I called them they wanted $99 to repair a dime size rock chip in the windshield that they just installed. They told me sorry it was an act of God. That is a matter of opinion.I found more reputable people here locally that we’re happy to repair it for $35. Won’t do business with Safelite again. Shop local!

Replaced my windshield here, totally happy with the service. Technicians noticed a defect with the replacement glass before installing it: so they got a new, pristine, windshield from the dealer (this car requires OEM glass) and installed that one instead. I’m so glad they checked and did the right thing!

Had windshield replaced and it was done wrong (leaking). Waited forever on phone for rep but never got thru... 3 trips and 5+ hours of waiting at shop. I would recommend going elsewhere
